Refund Policy

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

As a volunteer-led community group, we do not run events for profit and do not have the resources to process refunds. If you purchase a ticket and then cannot make the event, you may want to sell your ticket to someone else (check with us if there are any on the waiting list) and let us know who is attending in your place.

Bookings are non-refundable unless this event is cancelled by IFS Leicester. In the case that the event is cancelled, all attendees will be fully refunded or offered a chance to pass their booking over to a new event.

We love dancing and want to ensure dancing is fun, enjoyable, and safe for everyone. In booking this event, you agree to read and follow the S.T.E.P.S. code of conduct that we have signed up to www.infullswingleicester.uk/welfare/ All rights of admission are reserved, and you may be asked to leave the event, if deemed necessary by the us; without a refund.
